Davion Healthcare's £30M Bond Debuts on Vienna MTF for M&A

Dublin – September 16, 2026 -- Davion Healthcare Plc has secured admission of a £30 million senior secured bond to trading on the Vienna MTF, operated by Wiener Börse AG, giving the Irish healthcare group a dedicated capital pool to fund acquisitions.

Bond carries 10.5% fixed coupon over five-year term

The bond, issued through financing subsidiary Davion Healthcare Finance Ltd, commenced in August 2026 and carries a fixed annual coupon of 10.5%. It trades under ISIN GB00BTH2SB89, with a denomination of £100,000 per unit.

Proceeds target acquisitions across five healthcare segments

Davion plans to deploy the capital toward acquiring established, cash-generative businesses in medical devices, diagnostics, medical distribution, healthcare technology and healthcare services. Proceeds are released on an acquisition-by-acquisition basis through Davion Healthcare Finance Ltd, with security granted over each acquired asset.

CEO Jack Kaye says multiple deals are under review

"We have a number of opportunities under review and will remain disciplined about what we acquire and the price we pay," said Jack Kaye, Chief Executive Officer of Davion Healthcare Plc. The company said it aims to combine its own products with acquired operating businesses and distribution networks to build a larger, diversified international healthcare group.

Admission to the Vienna MTF does not confirm that the full £30 million principal has been subscribed or funded, according to the company. The Vienna MTF is a multilateral trading facility and not an EU regulated market.
