McLean, Va. – September 08, 2026 -- Cynet Health climbed to #17 among travel nurse staffing firms in Staffing Industry Analysts' 2026 ranking of the largest U.S. healthcare staffing companies, up four spots from #21 a year earlier, even as the broader travel nurse staffing market contracted.
Cynet Health advances in allied health staffing rankings too
The company also rose to #34 in allied healthcare staffing on SIA's annual list, improving on its prior-year position. SIA's rankings are widely referenced by hospitals, health systems, and managed service providers when selecting staffing partners.
Growth came without mergers or acquisitions
Cynet Health said the climb was organic at a time when much of the industry simply held position amid contraction. The company attributed its movement to clinicians extending contracts, returning for repeat assignments, and referring colleagues, rather than to acquisitions, which typically drive competitor gains on such lists.
