LEXINGTON – October 27, 2026 -- COOPABLE and Lotlinx have launched a partnership that lets all Lotlinx dealers apply eligible manufacturer co-op funds toward Lotlinx solutions, with COOPABLE handling the administrative workload. The arrangement went live on March 1, 2026.
COOPABLE takes over approvals, claims and compliance for dealers
COOPABLE will manage co-op approvals, claim submissions, compliance documentation and reimbursement tracking. Dealers will no longer have to gather supporting documentation, submit proof of performance or monitor reimbursement status. Approved funds will flow through standard OEM reimbursement channels.
Dealers keep access to Lotlinx's machine learning and data intelligence, which they use to predict and act on inventory risk through VIN-specific strategies.
Partnership extends co-op access to brands without turnkey programs
Lotlinx already participates in turnkey co-op programs with select manufacturers. The COOPABLE deal extends access to brands where dealers must handle documentation and submissions themselves. The source says this is expected to matter most for dealers who have struggled to win co-op approval for certain vendors under their OEM marketing guidelines.
All Lotlinx dealers will be able to use COOPABLE to submit VIN-specific digital spend.
Executives frame the deal as friction removal
COOPABLE CEO Mark W. Baruth said the co-op process "can be time-consuming and nuanced, especially across different OEM programs." Kerri Wise, Chief Marketing Officer at Lotlinx, said co-op dollars are available and the partnership makes them faster and easier for clients to access.
COOPABLE is currently onboarding participating Lotlinx dealers.
