Wishpond Promotes Jacky He to CFO as Adrian Lim Steps Down

Vancouver – October 20, 2026 -- Wishpond Technologies Ltd. (TSXV: WISH) (OTCQX: WPNDF) has appointed in-house finance manager Jacky He as Chief Financial Officer effective November 1, 2026, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, replacing Adrian Lim, who steps down on October 31, 2026.
He takes over finance, audit and capital planning, reporting to CEO Gutierrez
Mr. He will report directly to CEO Jordan Gutierrez. His remit covers all finance, accounting, financial reporting, audit, tax and capital planning functions. He will also succeed Mr. Lim as CFO of SalesCloser Technologies Ltd., Wishpond's majority-owned subsidiary.
