Original host Joko Winterscheidt won the final against entertainer Jens "Knossi" Knossalla. He keeps his own show and hosting job for now.

Kebekus, Wagner and Knossalla attempt the next takeover on Sunday

Comedian Carolin Kebekus, NBA player Moritz Wagner and Knossalla return the following Sunday to challenge Winterscheidt again. Eli, 36, from Schorndorf, joins as the wildcard contestant.

Only the contestant who wins the quiz categories and then beats Winterscheidt in the final takes over hosting duties.

Unterföhring – October 29, 2026 -- ProSiebenSat.1 is moving "The Voice of Germany" and "The Voice Kids" exclusively to SAT.1 in 2027 as part of a prime-time overhaul across SAT.1, ProSieben and Kabel Eins that also expands genre depth on streaming platform Joyn.

Chief Content Officer Henrik Pabst said the group is aligning its content strategy with cross-platform distribution. Joyn's reach is to keep growing, with third-party platforms used to target new audiences. In linear TV, he said, viewers reward clarity and reliability, which is why the group is sharpening the brand promise of its three core channels.
