Epcoritamab-R-CHOP Combo Cuts DLBCL Progression Risk 51% in Phase 3

North Chicago / Copenhagen – October 05, 2026 -- AbbVie and Genmab A/S reported that epcoritamab combined with standard R-CHOP chemotherapy reduced the risk of disease progression or death by 51% versus R-CHOP alone in newly diagnosed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) patients, based on topline Phase 3 data.

Trial hits statistical significance with hazard ratio of 0.49

The Phase 3 EPCORE DLBCL-2 study showed a hazard ratio of 0.49 (95% CI 0.36-0.67; p-value less than 0.0001) for progression-free survival in patients with an International Prognostic Index (IPI) score of 2 to 5. For the trial's primary endpoint population, patients with IPI scores of 3 to 5, the hazard ratio was also 0.49 (95% CI 0.35-0.69; p-value less than 0.0001).
