Eve eVTOL Prototype Completes First Partial Transition Flight

MELBOURNE, Fla. – October 31, 2026 -- Eve Air Mobility (NYSE: EVEX, EVEXW; B3: EVEB31) said its engineering eVTOL prototype completed a first partial transition flight, activating the rear pusher propeller in the air for the first time and reaching a maximum ground speed of 30 knots.

Prototype holds 27 knots with pusher spinning at up to 1,200 RPM

The aircraft attained a stabilized speed of 27 knots while the pusher ran at up to 1,200 RPM. The flight lasted 3 minutes and 9 seconds, covered approximately 0.84 nautical miles and peaked at 90 feet above ground level.

The pusher activation marks the start of the transition phase, in which the aircraft shifts from vertical lift to wing-borne flight. Eve describes this phase as one of the most critical aspects of eVTOL flight.

Eve Applies for EASA Validation as ANAC Opens Eve 100 Consultation

FARNBOROUGH – – October 31, 2026 -- Eve Air Mobility has applied to the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) to start Type Certificate validation for its Eve 100 eVTOL aircraft, adding a third aviation authority to the program. On the same day, Brazil's National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) opened a sectoral consultation on updated airworthiness criteria for the aircraft.

ANAC accepts industry comments on revised Eve 100 criteria until August 18

The updated criteria follow ANAC's first airworthiness criteria for the Eve 100, published in November 2024. The revisions aim to harmonize further with international certification approaches, including FAA guidance for powered-lift aircraft. After the consultation closes on August 18, ANAC will review the comments and assess possible refinements.

Eve, Moov sign LOI for up to 30 eVTOLs in Cabo Verde

FARNBOROUGH – October 31, 2026 -- Eve Air Mobility (NYSE: EVEX; B3: EVEB31) and Swiss aviation company Moov have signed a Letter of Intent covering up to 30 electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft for advanced air mobility (AAM) projects in Cabo Verde and Europe.

Eve and Moov target five Cabo Verde locations for eVTOL services

The companies will evaluate sightseeing and shuttle services linking airports, ports and resorts. They will also assess regional mobility across São Vicente, Santo Antão, Sal, Praia and Boa Vista. Medical transport and infrastructure inspections are listed as additional potential use cases.

Eve Air Mobility Brings 2,700 eVTOL Pre-Orders to Farnborough

MELBOURNE, Fla. – October 31, 2026 -- Eve Air Mobility (NYSE: EVEX; B3: EVEB31) arrives at the 2026 Farnborough International Airshow with about 2,700 eVTOL pre-orders and an engineering prototype that has completed dozens of test flights since its first flight in December 2025.

Eve prepares transition flight evaluation this quarter

Hover and low-speed testing are complete, and the 2026 program is on schedule, according to the company. Partial transition flights are planned for this summer, with full transitions later in the year. Eve says these steps validate lift, cruise efficiency and system performance while reducing certification risk.

Production of six conforming prototypes is set to begin later this year.

Binding orders from Revo and AirX add up to 100 aircraft

Eve cites recent binding agreements that include pre-delivery payments from two helicopter operators:

Eve Closes Hover Tests After 59 Flights, Eyes Transition Phase

MELBOURNE, Fla. – October 31, 2026 -- Eve Air Mobility (NYSE: EVEX, EVEXW; B3: EVEB31) has closed the hover and low-speed block of its full-scale engineering prototype flight test campaign after 59 successful flights and 2:27:33 of accumulated flight time. The company expects transition flight testing to begin in summer 2026, in July or August.

Prototype executes more than 100 test points and reaches 215 feet

The block produced more than 100 flight test points. The aircraft reached 215 feet above ground level and flew for 3 minutes and 48 seconds. Eve also completed the first demonstrations of autoland and of the simplified fly-by-wire mode, a secondary layer of the fly-by-wire system that activates when the normal mode is unavailable.

Noise levels remained in line with expectations. Propulsion and battery performance were better than anticipated, according to the company.

Eve Air Mobility Hits 50 Test Flights With eVTOL Prototype

GAVIÃO PEIXOTO, Brazil – October 31, 2026 -- Eve Air Mobility (NYSE: EVEX; B3: EVEB31) has completed 50 successful test flights with its full-scale engineering prototype, logging more than two hours of total flight time since the aircraft first flew on Dec. 19, 2025.

Six conforming prototypes planned for ANAC certification campaign

Eve expects to begin producing its conforming prototypes this year. The company is working toward a total of six, which will be used in the certification flight test campaign with Brazil's civil aviation authority, ANAC. Data from the engineering prototype feeds directly into the design of these aircraft and the eventual commercial eVTOL.

Brazil's ANAC Opens Noise Certification Consultation for Eve 100

Farnborough – October 31, 2026 -- Brazil's National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) has published proposed noise certification criteria for Eve Air Mobility's Eve 100 eVTOL aircraft, with public consultation open until August 8. Eve (NYSE: EVEX) calls the publication a key milestone toward type certification and toward an environmental certification framework for eVTOLs.

ANAC adapts existing aviation noise rules to the Eve 100

The criteria follow extensive engagement between Eve and ANAC. They draw on existing aviation noise regulations and adapt them to the Eve 100 and its planned operations. They are meant to evaluate the aircraft's acoustic characteristics across all phases of flight, giving regulators an environmental profile before commercial operations begin.
