The firm announced it alongside its second partnership, with Eco Roofing Solutions of Gilbert, completed on September 30, 2026.
Founder Ryan LaRue keeps full-time control of Real Roofing operations
Ryan LaRue, who founded Real Roofing in 2022, continues to run the company and its crews full time. The Real Roofing name, brand, and team remain unchanged. Day-to-day operations, hiring, and market positioning stay with the owner.
