Brazil's ANAC Opens Noise Certification Consultation for Eve 100
Farnborough – October 31, 2026 -- Brazil's National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) has published proposed noise certification criteria for Eve Air Mobility's Eve 100 eVTOL aircraft, with public consultation open until August 8. Eve (NYSE: EVEX) calls the publication a key milestone toward type certification and toward an environmental certification framework for eVTOLs.
ANAC adapts existing aviation noise rules to the Eve 100
The criteria follow extensive engagement between Eve and ANAC. They draw on existing aviation noise regulations and adapt them to the Eve 100 and its planned operations. They are meant to evaluate the aircraft's acoustic characteristics across all phases of flight, giving regulators an environmental profile before commercial operations begin.
