ACG Metals to Buy Keşkek Gold Licence for $7.85M, Extend Türkiye Output

LONDON – September 09, 2026 -- ACG Metals Limited has signed a binding agreement to acquire 100% of mining licence 60926 covering the Keşkek gold project from Meta Nikel Kobalt Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. for total cash consideration of US$7.85 million, securing a new oxide ore source located 70 km from its Gediktepe mine in Türkiye.
