McKinney – September 11, 2026 -- Coaching AI, a division of Eneje' Consulting Firm, has launched a coaching intelligence platform powered by the Coaching Performance Assessment System (CPAS), an NFL-approved algorithmic grading engine that scores coaches using data from more than 1,600 coaches across the NFL and NCAA.
Platform grades coaches against opposing position groups using wins, losses and player development data
CPAS evaluates coaching units head-to-head, offensive line against defensive line, wide receivers against defensive backs, applying a proprietary algorithm to playoff performance and player development outcomes. The system pairs quantitative scoring with a qualitative leadership assessment derived from peer-reviewed research, delivering a three-layer profile: an objective performance grade, Weekly In-Season Reports on in-game decisions, and ongoing position-group intelligence updated through the season.

Hasty said the goal is for objective coaching data to become as standard as any on-field performance metric, from front offices to fans. The platform's top offering, the Team/Organization Custom Enterprise Plan, provides up to 10 users within an organization full access to the complete Weekly In-Season Report series.

The research, commissioned by Eneje' Consulting, produced the Sociological Qualitative Assessment Instrument (SQAI), a speech analysis tool measuring leadership, teaching ability, coaching strategy and vocal tone. Findings from SQAI informed a coaching assessment recommendation submitted to the U.S. House of Representatives in March 2026 tied to proposed collegiate-athletics reform legislation, positioning CPAS as a bias-free standard for measuring coaching merit.
