The full text of the release will be posted on the company's investor relations website and distributed through PR Newswire. Caterpillar will also furnish it to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in a Current Report on Form 8-K, in line with applicable SEC rules.
The one-hour analyst call starts at 7:30 a.m. CDT
Caterpillar will hold the call on Oct. 29 and carry it as a real-time, listen-only teleconference and webcast. Supporting materials will be available on the investor site before the webcast begins.
