New York and Munich – September 12, 2026 -- Cataneo GmbH, a division of Brand Engagement Network, Inc. (NASDAQ: BNAI), will showcase its AI-enhanced MYDAS enterprise media platform at IBC2026, the global broadcast and technology exhibition running September 11-14 at RAI Amsterdam.

MYDAS already manages ad inventory across 1,000-plus media brands and 200-plus channels

The cloud-native platform handles advertising sales, scheduling, traffic, content management, monetization, analytics, CRM integration and real-time reporting for major global media organizations, including leading U.S. film studios.

BEN acquired Cataneo on June 30, 2026, and opened a Madison Avenue commercial hub

Since the acquisition, BEN has integrated its proprietary AI into the MYDAS platform and established Cataneo's U.S. commercial headquarters in New York to drive adoption among American broadcasters, media companies, content owners and advertising organizations. Outreach to U.S. media firms is already underway.

Cataneo positions AI-native architecture against legacy on-premises systems

Renato Rocha Pinto, CEO of Cataneo, said the combined AI and cloud infrastructure delivers the flexibility, real-time intelligence and scalability that modern media operations require, differentiating the platform from rigid legacy systems still used across the sector.

Cataneo will exhibit at Hall 2, Booth C40 through September 14

IBC2026 is expected to draw attendees from more than 170 countries, with this year's edition spotlighting AI, cloud-native workflows, immersive experiences, cybersecurity and next-generation production tools.
