CAPTRUST Adds $1.1B Pacific Sage Partners in Washington State

Raleigh – October 29, 2026 -- CAPTRUST Financial Advisors has added Pacific Sage Partners (PSP), an Edmonds, Washington-based wealth management firm that advises on approximately $1.1 billion in client assets.

Eight-person PSP team under founder Mark Anderson moves into CAPTRUST

PSP is led by founder and CEO Mark Anderson and has eight team members. The firm has built its business around a holistic approach to wealth management. As with previous CAPTRUST transactions, PSP will adopt the CAPTRUST brand.

Anderson said the combination relieves his team of operational burdens so they can focus more on client financial decisions.

CAPTRUST expands Washington footprint beyond Wenatchee and Bellevue

CAPTRUST already operates offices in Wenatchee and Bellevue, Washington, with 14 employees, including 10 advisors. Mike Wunderli, managing director and head of mergers and acquisitions at CAPTRUST, described PSP as an "important addition" to the firm's growing Pacific Northwest presence. He said the deal expands CAPTRUST's ability to serve wealth management clients in Washington and creates new opportunities for growth in the market.

Wealth Management Consulting and Carr Butterfield advised PSP

Carolyn Armitage of Wealth Management Consulting served as PSP's fiduciary advisor. Carr Butterfield, LLP acted as legal counsel to PSP.
