Dallas – October 21, 2026 -- Business Jet has appointed Hannah Vincent as Director of FBO Operations, moving its former Chief Brand Officer into a role tied to the expansion of its fixed-base operation at Dallas Love Field.
Vincent moves from brand and customer service leadership to run the FBO
Vincent previously oversaw both the Customer Service and Marketing teams as Chief Brand Officer. She is the granddaughter and daughter of Business Jet founders Bob and Mike Wright. She sits on the leadership team alongside her brother, Chris Wright, who is Chief Executive Officer.
Vincent will take over an FBO team with 100 combined years at the company
In the new role, Vincent will focus on strengthening the company's customer-centric approach. She said the FBO leadership team she inherits is tenured, with a combined 100 years at Business Jet. Her stated goal is for customers to feel welcome and to receive top-level service when they arrive on the company's ramp.

Chris Wright said Vincent has progressed through numerous roles at the company, adding improvements at each step, and called her well-prepared for the challenge. Vincent has spent most of her career at Business Jet, and the company describes her as equipped to support the expansion of its FBO operations at Dallas Love Field.
Business Jet targets differentiation across five service lines
Vincent said the family-owned and operated company aims to differentiate itself through an individualized customer experience across its service offerings: FBO, charter and management, scheduled and AOG maintenance, and aircraft solutions and acquisitions.
