Dallas – October 21, 2026 -- Business Jet has leased 100% of a newly completed 70,000-square-foot hangar complex at Dallas Love Field (KDAL), lifting its campus to more than 475,000 square feet of hangar and office space across 19 hangars and two executive terminals.
The complex, first announced in August 2025, consists of two side-by-side hangars on the operator's 53-acre site. Partner and CEO Chris Wright said the full lease-up reaffirms strong demand for hangar space at Love Field, and at Business Jet in particular.
West hangar targets single tenant with custom layout
The west hangar is built for one tenant. It has a custom floor plan, a conditioned hangar bay and elevated interior finishes. It also has a tip-up canopy-style door, the first of its kind on the Business Jet campus.
East hangar offers seven office and shop units for flight departments
The east hangar is configured for multiple tenants. It contains seven individual office and shop spaces sized to flight department needs.
28-foot doors accommodate Gulfstream G700, G800 and Bombardier Global 8000
Bay doors are 28 feet high to fit ultra-long-range aircraft, including the Gulfstream G700, G800 and Bombardier Global 8000.
Both hangars have epoxy-coated floors, LED lighting, large-format fans, radiant tube heating and electric vehicle chargers. Integrated utility pedestals supply 208/480/115-amp power, water and compressed air.
Wright said the development blends with existing hangars and rounds out the northeast corner of the airport. The company describes the project as the completion of the next phase of its long-term development strategy at KDAL.
