Bouygues Telecom Wholesale Adopts Connectbase Mplify API Adaptor

Boston – October 13, 2026 -- Bouygues Telecom Wholesale is adopting the Connectbase Mplify API adaptor within The Connected World platform, automating eligibility, pricing and product data exchanges with its operator clients, Connectbase announced.

Adaptor translates between Bouygues systems and Mplify LSO APIs

The integration standardizes access to Bouygues Telecom Wholesale's workflows. It simplifies interactions with operator customers that implement Mplify Lifecycle Service Orchestration (LSO) APIs. These industry-standard APIs support service orchestration across the full service lifecycle and let providers automate the buying and selling of connectivity.

The adaptor translates between Bouygues Telecom Wholesale's internal systems and Mplify LSO APIs. Connectbase lists three benefits: optimized quote turnaround times, a consistent experience for buyer clients, and faster connection with each new operator client that adopts Mplify LSO APIs.

Bouygues cuts custom integration work to speed client onboarding

Bouygues Telecom Wholesale no longer needs to build custom integrations for operator clients whose systems support Mplify LSO APIs. That shortens onboarding for each new client.

Thibaut Felgères, Director at Bouygues Telecom Wholesale, said partners want fast, accurate answers on serviceable areas and prices. He said the standards-based approach allows automatic exchange of that information and gives the company a repeatable way to connect with operator clients.

Standardization supports Bouygues' push to reach international operators

The integration forms part of Bouygues Telecom Wholesale's strategy of investing in standardized interfaces to expand among international operators. By adopting Mplify LSO APIs, the company aims to connect with international clients under the best possible conditions while optimizing processing times.

Connectbase and Bouygues Telecom Wholesale describe the project as a step toward a more automated wholesale ecosystem in Europe. In that model, standardized APIs, reliable data and digital workflows simplify the discovery, pricing and purchasing of connectivity.

Ben Edmond, CEO and Founder of Connectbase, said the adaptor lets Bouygues engage buyers implementing LSO APIs in the quoting process, with serviceability and pricing exchanged automatically.

Daniel Bar-Lev, Chief Product Officer at Mplify, said the implementation shows how Mplify LSO APIs can support faster quoting and a repeatable approach to connecting with trading partners. He called such deployments important steps toward scaling automated network service supply chains.
