Berlin – September 11, 2026 -- BOE Technology Group opened its first international Innovation Partner Conference (IPC) outside China on September 7, 2026, in Berlin, drawing more than 200 partners to coincide with IFA 2026 under the theme "Innovation, Globalization, Collaboration."

The BOE IPC Europe 2026 marked the first time the company's global ecosystem event for display and IoT partners was held abroad. The gathering brought together partners from across Europe and beyond to discuss display-industry trends and collaboration opportunities.

BOE Unveils "LIGHT" Concept Tailored to European Market

The company presented a technology showcase branded "LIGHT" -- standing for Low power consumption, Innovative technology, Global service, High performance and Top quality -- structured into three segments: "LIGHT for Future," "LIGHT for Life" and "LIGHT for Society." Exhibits covered BOE's core display technologies including LCD, OLED and MLED, alongside emerging areas such as sensors, photovoltaics and sustainable development innovations.

BOE Partners with Saint-Gobain Sekurit, Barco, Vusion on Joint Applications

BOE collaborated with European partners Saint-Gobain Sekurit, LEDCON, Barco and Vusion to demonstrate joint applications spanning dimmable solar roofs, MLED, IoT and electronic paper.

BOE Chief Strategy Officer Qi Zheng said the company would deepen joint development with global partners, building on innovation and collaboration to drive shared success at IFA. IFA CEO Leif Lindner praised BOE's technological capabilities, noting the company demonstrated its leadership at the venue where decision-makers and trendsetters in the electronics industry converge.

BOE Invests 7% of Revenue in R&D, Files Over 100,000 Patent Applications

BOE allocates approximately 7% of its annual revenue to research and development and has filed more than 100,000 patent applications to date. The company operates sales and service centers in 15 countries and regions, serving over 5,000 global clients, including more than 100 companies on the Fortune Global 500 list.

Roughly 50% of BOE's annual revenue is generated overseas. Its German subsidiary has served more than 150 European clients.
