Berlin – September 08, 2026 -- BLUETTI unveiled the Pioneer 5000, a professional-grade electric power station, at IFA Berlin 2026, marking the company's entry into the jobsite power equipment market with a zero-emission alternative to fuel generators.
Pioneer 5000 delivers 5 kW continuous and 18 kW peak output for heavy-duty tools
The unit is built to run high-surge equipment including power drills, cut-off saws, air compressors and water pumps. Its 5.12 kWh LiFePO4 battery pack is expandable up to 35 kWh, enabling extended off-grid operation for professional crews.
Device operates in temperatures from -20°C to 55°C with IP65 and IK10 ratings
BLUETTI engineered the Pioneer 5000 for rugged jobsite conditions, adding a reinforced chassis and all-terrain wheels to withstand rain, dust and uneven ground.
Generator runs at 50 dB or below with zero exhaust emissions
Unlike fuel-powered units, the Pioneer 5000 requires no refueling or engine maintenance, allowing use indoors, at night and in noise-sensitive environments.
AC fast charging restores 5% to 80% capacity within 60 minutes
The system supports multiple charging paths, including solar PV panels, vehicle charging and fuel generator input. An integrated DO interface automatically starts and stops backup power only when needed, cutting fuel use, engine wear and maintenance costs during prolonged off-grid deployments.
4G connectivity enables remote monitoring and anti-theft tracking
Professional-grade power interfaces, a 10 ms UPS switchover, and optional 4G connectivity turn the unit into a manageable, connected energy asset rather than a standalone generator, supporting remote power control, location tracking and downtime reduction for field operations.
