Beep, a Lake Nona, Florida-based provider of autonomous mobility solutions, confirmed the round was led by Mobileye, the Nasdaq-listed autonomous vehicle technology company majority-owned by Intel, with additional participation from Beep's existing investor base. The financing lifts Beep's cumulative funding to roughly $130 million.

New Capital Targets AutonomOS Platform and Public-Sector Partnerships

Beep said the proceeds will support scaling of its mobility-as-a-service offerings, deepen collaboration with technology and public-sector partners, and fund continued deployment of its AI-driven AutonomOS platform. The system draws on Beep's operating history as an AV fleet operator to manage and orchestrate what the company terms Physical AI networks across transportation deployments.

Mobileye Cites Beep's Role in Commercial AV Rollout Across the U.S.

Kobi Ohayon, Chief Operations Officer at Mobileye, said Beep plays an essential role in the emerging AV ecosystem across the United States, adding that its deployment platform will grow in importance as more autonomous vehicle services reach the market across different vehicle types and business models. The investment aligns with a shared push by both companies to bring fixed-route and on-demand microtransit services to commercial scale in the U.S.

Beep Positions Itself as Transit Partner for Autonomous Networks

Kevin Reid, CEO and Chairman of Beep, said the strategic round positions the company to strengthen and expand its shared autonomous mobility solutions with Mobileye.
