Raleigh – October 29, 2026 -- Bandwidth Inc. (NASDAQ: BAND) reported record third-quarter revenue of $234 million, up 22% year-over-year, while Adjusted EBITDA rose 43% to $35 million, an Adjusted EBITDA margin of 22%.
The cloud communications provider also guided to double-digit Cloud Communications revenue growth in 2027, driven by rising demand for voice usage. The figures cover the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
Usage growth and four $1M+ deals drive record results
CFO Daryl Raiford said growth came from customers expanding their use of the platform. The sales team added four new customer wins and expansions worth $1 million or more, which will layer into results over the next twelve months. He also cited record free cash flow, though the release gives no figure for it.
CEO David Morken said enterprises are increasingly relying on Bandwidth to power communication workflows driven by super intelligence (SI). He expects SI agents acting for businesses and consumers to need voice and text reach.
Digital bank displaces CPaaS rival with owned network
An all-digital banking platform chose Bandwidth to modernize its contact center and integrate an SI agent, displacing a major CPaaS competitor. The bank cited Bandwidth's low-latency owned network, a 5x-redundant toll-free solution with Maestro routing and observability, and native Genesys integration.
A consumer privacy company now relies on Bandwidth for millions of phone numbers. It launched an SI-powered call screening service on Bandwidth's software and voice infrastructure, with further services planned on its WebRTC solution.
A major enterprise network and communications provider serving businesses and state and local governments adopted Bandwidth's platform voice solution. The deal adds recurring platform fees and incremental usage-based revenue to an existing toll-free, 911 and voice relationship.
Salesforce certifies Bandwidth as first international carrier for Contact Center
Salesforce named Bandwidth its first certified international carrier for the global rollout of its native Contact Center. The rollout reaches more than 25 countries across Europe, the U.K., Australia and New Zealand, with more markets to follow. Enterprises can connect through a bring-your-own-carrier model with Maestro.
A specialized communications provider serving thousands of businesses and government agencies through resellers and managed service providers also selected Bandwidth for international calling. It cited Bandwidth's network reaching 70 countries and routing to destinations its previous provider could not serve.
Management schedules two investor events
Bandwidth will hold virtual investor meetings at Needham Tech Week on November 18, 2026. Morken will join a fireside chat at the Wells Fargo TMT Summit in Rancho Palos Verdes, California, on December 8, 2026, at 10:15 AM Pacific Time.
