Axon Vision Forms U.S. Advisory Board, Relocates CTO to Target Defense Market

United States – October 21, 2026 -- Axon Vision has set up a three-member U.S. Strategic Advisory Board of retired senior military and defense technology leaders and moved its Co-Founder and CTO, Ido Rozenberg, to the United States. The company is targeting what it calls the world's largest defense market.

Board draws on Army, special operations and technology transition experience

The founding members are General John H. Tilelli (Ret.), former Vice Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army, and Lieutenant General Ray Palumbo (Ret.), a former senior leader within U.S. Army Special Operations, JSOC and the Department of Defense. The third is Mike Fleming, former Director of the U.S. Army International Technology Center-Mediterranean (ITC-MED).

The board will advise on U.S. market development, customer engagement, technology transition, product strategy and long-term business growth.

CTO Rozenberg relocates to lead U.S. technology and business activities

Rozenberg moved to the U.S. to be closer to customers and partners. He said the move allows a deeper understanding of operational needs and faster adaptation of Axon Vision's solutions. He said the goal is to become a "trusted long-term partner within the U.S. defense ecosystem."

Moves build on Leonardo DRS collaboration and existing U.S. programs

Axon Vision cites an existing U.S. operating presence, a strategic collaboration with Leonardo DRS, and participation in multiple U.S. defense programs and technology initiatives. The company says the new steps are meant to strengthen business development and its ability to support U.S. customers, defense partners and prime contractors.

Palumbo said Axon Vision's electro-optical, AI-enabled and edge-computing capabilities can address demanding requirements of U.S. and allied defense and security customers. Fleming said he has watched the technology mature over the past eight years.
