Washington – – September 15, 2026 -- Clearsight Advisors served as exclusive sell-side advisor to Ambit RD, Inc. on its acquisition by Danforth Health, Inc., a portfolio company of Avesi Partners, in a deal announced by the firms.

Ambit RD specializes in commercial strategy, advanced analytics, and patient identification solutions for rare and specialty biopharma markets, operating through three service lines: Strategic Services, Analytics & Data Services, and Patient ID Services. The company helps biopharmaceutical organizations locate patients, speed therapy adoption, and engage healthcare providers across the clinical and commercial continuum.

Danforth Health provides business, clinical, and commercial solutions supporting life sciences companies from product development through commercialization. The Avesi-backed platform has pursued strategic acquisitions to broaden its service offerings across the life sciences ecosystem, with Ambit's capabilities now integrated into that platform.

Rob Sederman, Co-Founder and CEO of Ambit, said finding a partner aligned with the company's mission to serve rare and specialty disease populations was central to the deal, crediting Clearsight's execution support for the outcome.
