Livonia, Michigan – October 13, 2026 -- Industrial intelligence company Aatmunn has secured a growth investment of up to $8 million from Santa Monica-based Memento Growth Partners (MGP), with existing investors also participating, to scale its SPANR platform.
The money will go to expanding Aatmunn's sales and marketing organization and accelerating SPANR research and development, including AI integration.
SPANR serves more than 300 enterprises and 80,000 protected workers
SPANR connects devices from different manufacturers, normalizes their data and applies AI-driven analysis so teams can act in real time. Use cases include worker safety, gas detection, asset tracking and inspections. The platform is SOC 2 Type II audited and is deployed across the United States, Canada and Europe.
Customers include Fortune 500 companies in energy, aerospace, logistics, construction and advanced manufacturing. A partnership with a global supply chain leader, in which SPANR powers the partner's Connected Safety business, is now expanding into equipment rental.
White-label offer cut one OEM's software roadmap from three years to 5.5 months
For hardware makers, SPANR works as a white-label platform. One industrial hardware OEM recently launched two product lines on it, compressing a three-year software roadmap into five and a half months.
Aatmunn also sells fixed-scope Audit-in-a-Box and Inspection-in-a-Box programs, which put SPANR live on a customer's own operations within weeks.
Investor backs multi-OEM integrations as a standardization play
Kareem El Sawy, Founder and Managing Partner at MGP, pointed to Aatmunn's decade of field experience, multi-OEM device integrations and audit-grade system of record. He said MGP sees SPANR as "the intelligence layer industrial enterprises will standardize on."
Aatmunn Co-founder and CEO Praveer Kumar said the capital will help put SPANR in front of far more frontline operations.
